RULES & MOVEMENT STANDARDS

RULES
The score for this workout is total reps. The tie break will be the time taken to complete the wall balls and double unders.

WALL BALLS
The movement starts with the athlete standing fully upright, ball in front of chest. A medicine ball clean is allowed. For a rep to count the athlete must complete a squat with the hip crease below knees, ball in front of chest, the ball must then hit the target. 10ft for men, and 9ft for women. If the ball is dropped to the floor the athlete must pick the ball up and stand to full extension before starting the next rep (can not be caught from a bounce). The ball does not have to be caught in order for it to count.

DOUBLE UNDERS
For the rep to count the rope must rotate forward twice around the body when the athlete jumps. Attempts do not count. The athlete can mix single unders with double unders but they must accumulate the required amount of double unders for that set before moving on.

BAR MUSCLE UPS
The movement starts with the athlete hanging from the bar with full extension in the elbows. It ends with the athlete in support position on top of the bar with the shoulders over the bar and full lockout in the elbows. The athlete needs to go through some portion of a dip in order for the rep to count. Any other gymnastics movement will not count. No reps will be given for not having the shoulders above the bar when achieving elbow lockout (flying muscle-up).

VIDEO STANDARDS.

Athletes must show a clearly measured target. Athletes must show the correct weight of wall ball in use. The athlete must be in full shot at all times. The bar muscle ups must be filmed in a way that allows judges to see if the feet pass above the bar. The clock must be shows at the time taken to complete the double unders and wall balls.

All athletes with a top 100 place finish in the qualifier will need to submit a video. Should you finish in a finals qualifying spot you will need to have 3 valid videos to accept your place.
