60 Bar facing burpees
30 Overhead squats 55/40kg
10 Muscle ups

There is a 10 minute time cap on this workout.

Heneghan's notes:
"Saving the best until last, this workout is taken from the 2011 open. Athletes will need to pace themselves through the burpees and avoid failure on the overhead squats. No doubt though this workout will be settled on the rings: after 2 full days of competition athletes will need to have something in reserve for one of the most high skilled movements in the sport."
