There is a 12 minute time cap on this workout. 
There will be a cut following this workout. The top 40 athletes of each gender will progress to workout 7.

Heneghan's notes:
"By this point athletes will be starting to show fatigue; recovery and how prepared athletes are will start to take effect. This will be the first time athletes have their lifting tested under fatigue; athletes that row with good technique will have more in the tank for the lifts. Athletes will need to be aware of grip endurance as the row and barbell work will test it to the limit."
