Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

40 unbroken double unders
10 chest to bar pull ups
40 unbroken double unders
10 calorie ski erg

Heneghan's notes:
"The 3rd workout is the first classic workout. Athletes will need to learn to pace themselves and stay away from the redline. For an added twist the double unders must be unbroken, as they were back at The London Throwdown in 2013. Watch out for some panic and frustration as this simple movement will trip up a few of the athletes."
